HOW WE TREAT YoU
PSYCHOTHERAPY
WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY?
Psychotherapy is a confidential space where you can pause, reflect, and unpack areas of your life that are challenging. You and your therapist can explore new perspectives and learn skills to help you live your best life.
We strive to see all of our clients as whole people. We do this best by taking an integrative approach to therapy. This approach allows our therapists to explore various areas of your wellbeing to better understand and support you. Your therapist may explore areas. such as emotions, thoughts, behaviors, spirituality, relationships, and more.
Along with seeing you as a whole person, our doctors strive to offer tailored services that are unique to you. You and your doctor can identify what you would like to work on and how long you would like to work together. Sessions may occur as often as a few times a month, with each session lasting between 30-45 minutes.

In person and telehealth
We know the idea of meeting a therapist for the first time can bring on feelings of nervousness, worry, or uncertainty. With this in mind, our doctors value the healing process and see your comfort as important to that process. That’s why we offer both in-person and virtual options for psychotherapy.
For in-person visits, appointments are made at our convenient location in Baltimore, MD. We offer a quiet, beautifully furnished office with private individual rooms. Our office is intentionally designed to offer privacy and comfort—ideal for therapeutic exploration.
If you feel anxious about meeting a therapist in person, consider attending sessions remotely. Our telehealth services are set up to where you can conveniently attend your sessions on devices like your computer, tablet, or phone. This is a wonderful option for those who may have difficulty attending a session in person, whether that’s due to a busy schedule, transportation, or just a preference to be in a personal space. Whatever the reason, we’re happy to meet you where you are.
